Manage domains created in Mailpool

Once you create your domains, you'll need to monitor them, edit settings, or delete them as needed.

Mailpool provides a full set of features to help you manage domains efficiently for your cold email infrastructure.


Access Domain Details

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.

  2. Locate the domain you want to view in the list.

  3. Some domain information will be displayed directly in the dashboard.

  4. Click the “Edit” icon next to the domain to get further details.

Edit Domain Forwarding

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.

  2. Locate the domain you want to edit in the list.

  3. Click the “Edit” icon next to the domain.

  4. In the “Details” tab, locate the “Domain Redirect” field.

  5. Enter the new destination domain in the dedicated field and click the “Save” button.

Edit DNS Records

  1. In the domain dashboard, locate the domain you want to edit in the list.

  2. Click the “Edit” icon next to the domain.

  3. Locate the “DNS Records” tab and click on it.

  4. Perform the DNS record edits as needed.

Bulk Update DNS

  1. In the domain dashboard, tick the selection boxes for the domains you want to edit.

  2. Click the “Bulk Update DNS” button.

  3. Edit the DMARC email, DMARC policy, or Domain Redirect settings from this interface.

Delete Domains

  1. In the domain dashboard, locate the domain you want to delete in the list.

  2. Click the “Delete” icon next to the domain.

  3. A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion. Click the “Delete” button.
