When you create a new domain in Mailpool, we automatically set up your DNS records to optimize deliverability.
However, you have the ability to add, delete, or edit DNS records after domain creation.
Step-by-Step Guide
Access the "DNS Records" interface
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.
Locate the domain you want to edit in the list.
Click the “Edit” icon next to the domain.
Locate the “DNS Records” tab and click on it.
You will find a list of all existing DNS records for your domain.
Edit an Existing Record
Locate the DNS record you want to edit in the list.
Click the “Edit” icon next to the record.
Modify the record type, name, and value in the dedicated fields.
Click the “Save” button.
Delete an Existing Record
Locate the DNS record you want to delete in the list.
Click the “Delete” icon next to the record.
Confirm the deletion by clicking the “OK” button in the pop-up.
Add a New Record
Click the “Add Record” button.
Enter the record information (type, name, and value) in the dedicated fields.
Click the “Save” button.
Important Note: The edition of the DNS records may take a few hours to propagate and become effective.
