Edit DNS settings for several domains at once

Written by Team Mailpool

When managing multiple domains in your Mailpool dashboard, it can be tedious to edit key DNS settings one by one.

With the Bulk Update feature, you can modify DNS settings for multiple domains in just a few clicks.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.

  2. Tick the selection boxes for the domains you want to edit.

  3. Click the “Bulk Update DNS” button.

A pop-up will appear with multiple editing options.

DMARC Email Modifier

Modify the email address that will receive DMARC reports for the selected domains.

  1. Activate the toggle in the “DMARC Email” section.

  2. Enter the email address that will receive the reports or leave the text box empty to remove DMARC emails.

  3. Click the “Update DNS Records” button.

DMARC Policy Modifier

Modify the DMARC policy for the selected domains.

  1. Activate the toggle in the “DMARC Policy” section.

  2. In the drop-down list, select the policy you want to implement for your domains.

  3. Click the “Update DNS Records” button.

Domain Redirect Modifier

Modify the destination domain for the selected domains.

  1. Activate the toggle in the “Domain Redirect” section.

  2. Enter the destination domain for the redirect or leave the text box empty to remove domain forwarding (not recommended).

  3. Click the “Update DNS Records” button.

Important Note: The DNS changes may take 24-48h to propagate and become effective.
