To successfully transfer your domain to Mailpool, you must add two custom nameservers that allow us to set up your domain for cold email outreach and create mailboxes on it.
Since the process for adding nameservers varies by provider, here is how to do it on Dynadot.
Edit Nameservers on Dynadot
Log in to your Dynadot account.
Select "My Domains" from the left-side menu bar and click "Manage Domains" in the drop-down.
Check the box next to the domain you want to import into Mailpool and click on the "Action" button.
Choose "DNS Settings" from the "Action" list.
On the DNS page, select the "Name Servers" setting from the top drop-down menu.
Select the “Enter New Name Servers” option, then type the nameserver values provided by Mailpool in the designated fields.
Press the "Save Name Server" button to save your changes.
Your nameservers have now been updated.
Important Note: Nameserver changes may take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate and become effective. You can track the progress of the transfer in your Mailpool Domain Dashboard.
