To successfully transfer your domain to Mailpool, you must add two custom nameservers that allow us to set up your domain for cold email outreach and create mailboxes on it.
Since the process for adding nameservers varies by provider, here is how to do it on Domain.com.
Edit Nameservers on Domain.com
Go to Domain.com, then log in to your Account Manager.
On the left panel, click on the “Domains” button.
Locate the domain you want to import into Mailpool.
In Card View, click “SETTINGS” on the domain you wish to update the nameserver records.
In Domain Overview, scroll down and access the “Advanced Tools” section.
When updating the nameserver, click on “MANAGE”
A reminder pop-up will appear before you can proceed with the changes, then click on “CONTINUE”.
Enter the nameserver values provided by Mailpool in the designated fields.
Click on the "SAVE" button to apply the changes.
Your nameservers have now been updated.
Important Note: Nameserver changes may take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate and become effective. You can track the progress of the transfer in your Mailpool Domain Dashboard.
