To successfully transfer your domain to Mailpool, you must add two custom nameservers that allow us to set up your domain for cold email outreach and create mailboxes on it.
Since the process for adding nameservers varies by provider, here is how to do it on OVHcloud.
Edit Nameservers on OVHcloud
Log in to your OVHcloud Manager account.
Navigate to “Web Cloud” and click on “Domain names”.
Search for the domain you want to import into Mailpool, then click on it.
Go to the “DNS servers” tab, and you'll see the current nameservers listed.
Click Modify DNS servers.
Now, you can enter the nameserver values provided by Mailpool in the designated fields.
Click “Apply Configuration” to save changes.
Your nameservers have now been updated.
Important Note: Nameserver changes may take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate and become effective. You can track the progress of the transfer in your Mailpool Domain Dashboard.
