To successfully transfer your domain to Mailpool, you must add two custom nameservers that allow us to set up your domain for cold email outreach and create mailboxes on it.
Since the process for adding nameservers varies by provider, here is how to do it on GoDaddy.
Edit Nameservers on GoDaddy
Log in to your GoDaddy account and ensure you have admin permissions.
From the main dashboard, go to the "My Products" section.
Locate the domain you want to import into Mailpool and click on it.
Inside the "Domain" tab, click "Manage DNS".
In the "DNS Management" tab, find the "Nameservers" section and click "Change Nameservers".
In the pop-up window, select "I'll use my own nameservers".
Enter the nameserver values provided by Mailpool in the designated fields.
Click "Save" to apply your changes.
Your nameservers have now been updated.
Important Note: Nameserver changes may take 24 to 48 hours to fully propagate and become effective. You can track the progress of the transfer in your Mailpool Domain Dashboard.
