Domain forwarding allows you to redirect all visitors clicking on your secondary domain to another one. This ensures that if recipients search for your website based on the emails you send, they will easily find your main site.
You set up a destination domain during domain creation, but you can edit it at any time in Mailpool.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.
Locate the domain you want to edit in the list.
Click the “Edit” icon next to the domain.
In the “Details” tab, locate the “Domain Redirect” field.
Enter the new destination domain in the dedicated field and click the “Save” button.
Our system will automatically set up the new redirect.
Important Note: The change of the destination domain may take a few hours to propagate and become effective.
