Written by Team Mailpool

You can create domain tags in Mailpool to group your domains by client or campaign. Tags make it easier to organize, locate, and filter specific sets of domains within your workspace. Follow the steps below to create tags for your domains.

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.

  2. Select the domain that you want to assign tags to.

  3. Click the “Edit” icon in the Tags section.

  4. A pop-up will appear displaying all domain tags information. Click the “Create tag” button.

  5. Enter the Tag name that you want to create, then click the "Save" button.

  6. Select the tag name you want to apply to the domain, then click "Save" to confirm your selection.

  7. You can now view the domain tag you created. It will appear under the Tags section of the selected domain.

Edit Domain Tag

  1. In the Tags section, click on the tag name that you want to edit. Then, click the "Edit" icon.

  2. Click on the "Edit" icon to modify the tag name. Then, click "Save".

Delete Domain Tag

  1. In the Tags section, click on the tag name that you want to delete. Then, click the "Edit" icon.

  2. To remove a tag from a domain, click the X button next to the tag name.

Note: You must remove the tag from all domains that use it before you can delete the tag permanently.

  3. Once the tag has been removed from all domains, click the "Delete" icon to permanently delete the domain tag.

Important Note: Each domain can have multiple tags, but you cannot create two tags with the same name to avoid conflicts within your workspace.
