Creating domains is the first step in building your cold email infrastructure. You'll need to create secondary domains for cold email sending to protect your primary domain.
Mailpool provides a streamlined process that allows you to create one or multiple domains at once.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the domain creation interface
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Domains" tab in the left bar menu.
Click the "Create Domains" button.
Step 2: Choose domain names
In the domain creation interface, you can use our AI Domain Generator to help you choose a name.
You can also choose the domain names yourself by typing them in the dedicated field.

Step 3: Set Up Domain Forwarding
Locate the “Domain Redirect” section in the domain creation interface.
Enter your primary domain in the provided text field.

Step 4: Define DMARC email address
Locate the “DMARC Email” section in the domain creation interface.
Enter the email address to receive DMARC reports.
When you have entered all the information, click the "Next" button.

Step 5: Add contact information
Locate the "Contact fields" section in the domain creation interface.
You have 2 options for providing your contact information:
In the "Contact fields" section, enter your contact information (email, company name, first name, last name, and address).
Use saved contact details by selecting them in the "Saved contact details" section.
When you have entered all the information, click the "Next" button.

Step 6: Verify and complete the purchase
Locate the “Checkout details” section in the domain creation interface.
Verify the list of domains to be purchased and the contact details.
Click the “Pay” button.
When the payment pop-up appears, enter your payment information and proceed.

Step 7: Verify the domain
After you purchase your domains on Mailpool, wait a few minutes for the registration to complete.
Check your inbox for an email with the subject line "Action required - WHOIS Verification".
Click the verification link in the email.
