You may need to delete domains if you no longer use them or do not want to renew them.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Domains” tab in the left menu.
Locate the domain you want to delete in the list.
Click the “Delete” icon next to the domain.
A pop-up will appear to confirm the deletion. Click the “Delete” button.
Your domain has now been deleted. You will no longer be able to use it or create mailboxes on this domain.
Important Note: Domain deletion is irreversible. Please ensure you no longer need the domain before proceeding.
