Whether it is for recurring spending (e.g., inbox slots) or one-shot ones (e.g., domain purchase and domain import), each of your spending in Mailpool will generate an invoice that can be accessed within your dashboard.
Access Your Invoices
From your Mailpool dashboard, click "Settings" in the left-side menu.
Under the "Workspace" section, click "Invoices".
You will see a list of all invoices, including the name and date of each transaction.
If you're searching for a specific invoice, use the search bar to locate it quickly.
Download Your Invoices
In the "Invoices" panel, find the invoice you need.
Click the "Download" button next to it to save it as a PDF.
To download all invoices at once, click "Download All".
Your invoices will be saved in PDF format for easy access and record-keeping.
Important Note: Invoices are also sent via email to the workspace owner's registered email address.
