If you made an error in your billing details (such as company name, tax ID, etc.), you can edit this information and regenerate your invoices.
Update Billing Information
From your Mailpool dashboard, click "Settings" in the left-side menu.
Under the "Workspace" section, click "Billing".
Click "Update payment method".
A new window will open displaying your billing information, including invoices and payment methods.
Click "Payments" in the left-side menu.
Locate the invoice you want to edit and click on it.
In the invoice details, click "Update invoice".
Enter your updated billing information in the designated fields and click "Update invoice".
Your new invoice will be generated, and you will be able to download it in PDF format.
Important Note: You can edit an invoice only once, so ensure that all entered information is correct before proceeding.
