Understand Mailpool billing and manage your subscription

Written by Team Mailpool

Mailpool billing operates on a flexible model, which includes:

  • Recurring payments for inbox and IP usage.

  • One-time payments for domain creation and domain transfer.

This guide will help you check your billing information, edit your payment method, and cancel your subscription.

Access the Billing Section

  1. From your Mailpool dashboard, click "Settings" in the left-side menu.

  2. Under the "Workspace" section, click "Billing".

Here, you will find billing details, including the number of inboxes and IP slots you own.

Understand Mailpool Billing

Inbox Billing

  • You can increase your inbox slots by clicking the "+" button under each section.

  • Inbox slots allow you to delete and recreate inboxes as needed.

  • Google Workspace and Outlook 365 inboxes require a one-month commitment.

  • You can decrease inbox slots by clicking the "-" button.

Dedicated IP Billing

  • You can add dedicated IPs by clicking the "+" button.

  • You can create unlimited inboxes on a dedicated IP, but you'll be charged for the volume of emails sent.

To request access to the IP feature, please contact us.

Domain Billing

Domain billing is based on a one-time payment model and applies to:

  • Domain Purchase: buying new domains from Mailpool.

  • Domain Transfer: importing existing domains.

Update Payment Method

  1. In the Billing section, click "Update payment method".

  2. A new window will open with your billing information (invoices, payment method, etc.).

  3. Click "Payment Method" in the left-side menu.

  4. Click "Delete" under your current payment method and enter your new payment details.

Your new payment method will be used for your next billing cycle.

Cancel Subscription

  1. In the Billing section, click "Cancel subscription".

  2. Confirm your cancellation in the pop-up by clicking "Cancel Subscription".

Your subscription will be canceled, and your inboxes will be deactivated at the end of your billing cycle.

The end date of your subscription will be displayed in the confirmation pop-up.

Important Note: If your subscription is canceled, you can request a domain transfer for any domain you created within Mailpool.
