Prerequisite: You must create domains on Mailpool before creating inboxes.
Your cold email infrastructure consists of multiple inboxes created through Mailpool.
Outlook inboxes are premium inboxes with very high deliverability, and Mailpool allows you to create multiple Outlook inboxes at once.
Create Outlook Inboxes
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Outlook Inboxes” tab in the left menu.
Click the “Create Inboxes” button.
Locate the “Inboxes List” section in the inbox creation interface.
Import a profile picture for the inbox (optional).
Enter the First Name and Last Name for the inbox in the dedicated fields.
Enter your desired email name (the part before @).
Select the domain for the inbox.
Enter a signature for the inbox (optional).
Enter a forwarding email for the inbox (optional).
To create multiple inboxes at once, click the “Add New Inbox” button and repeat the process above.
When you're done, click the “Create Inboxes” button to create the inboxes.
Important Note: The creation process may take a few hours to complete.
