Export Outlook Inboxes from Mailpool
Go to Your Dashboard
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Outlook Inboxes" tab in the left menu.
Initiate the Export
Select the "Outlook inboxes" you want to export to your outreach tools.
Click the "Export Inboxes" button.
Select Export Destination
In the pop-up window, choose "Export to Reply" from the drop-down list.
Click "Export Inboxes".
Create API keys in Reply
Log in with your Reply account and go to Settings.
Go to the " Organization API Keys" and then click " New API Key".
Enter a name for your key and click the "Create key" button.
Enter the API Keys in Mailpool.
In the pop-up window, paste the API Key you created on Reply. Then, click "Log in".
The export process may take a few hours to complete. Once the inboxes are connected to Reply, you can start using them for cold outreach.
Your inboxes have now been successfully imported into Reply, and you can start using them for cold outreach.
Pro Tip: We highly recommend a 3-week warm-up period before sending emails from newly created inboxes to ensure optimal deliverability.
