Your domains in Mailpool can have different statuses depending on their state. Below is an explanation of these different statuses.
Active
The domain has been registered and is fully operational.
You can create mailboxes on this domain and send emails from it.
An active domain requires no specific actions.
Pending
The domain has been purchased, but the setup is in progress.
Mailpool is registering the domain and configuring the DNS setup, which may take a few minutes.
You cannot create mailboxes or send emails from a pending domain.
No action is required. Simply wait for the setup to complete.
Inactive
The domain is not registered, or its setup has failed.
You cannot create mailboxes or send emails from an inactive domain.

Pro Tip: Regularly refresh the status of your domains to monitor their current state. To do so, click the “Refresh Status” button in your domain dashboard.
