Your inboxes in Mailpool can have different statuses depending on their state. Below is an explanation of these different statuses.
Identify Inbox Status
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Inboxes" tab of your choice in the left menu.
Locate the inbox you want to check.
You'll see the inbox status under the "STATUS" column.
Understand Inbox Status
Active
The inbox has been created and is fully operational.
You can send and receive emails from this inbox.
You can export this inbox to your outreach tools.
An active inbox requires no specific actions.
Pending
The inbox setup is in progress.
Mailpool is creating and configuring the inbox, which may take a few minutes.
You cannot send or receive emails from this inbox.
You cannot export this inbox to your outreach tools.
No action is required. Simply wait for the setup to complete.
Inactive
The inbox was not created because its setup failed.
You cannot send or receive emails from this inbox.
You cannot export this inbox to your outreach tools.

Pro Tip: Regularly refresh the status of your inboxes to monitor their current state. To do so, refresh the page.
