By reviewing these results, you can quickly identify deliverability issues, assess your sender reputation, and take the necessary steps to improve inbox performance.


Results Category

Results are categorized by the percentage of test emails delivered to each placement type, providing a clear overview of your inbox performance:

  • Inbox – Emails delivered to the primary inbox.

  • Promotions – Emails filtered into the promotions or marketing tab.

  • Spam – Emails are delivered to the spam or junk folder.

  • Not Delivered – Emails that were blocked or not accepted by the receiving server.

You can review delivery speed and placement performance across the following major mailbox providers:

  • Google Workspace

  • Gmail

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Inbox Placement” tab in the left menu.

  2. Click on the “Details” icon to access the result for a specific inbox.

  3. You will be redirected to the inbox placement test results.

Important Note: Inbox placement results vary by provider and are influenced by filtering systems, sender reputation, and authentication setup. Results may change over time.
