Results Category
Results are categorized by the percentage of test emails delivered to each placement type, providing a clear overview of your inbox performance:
Inbox – Emails delivered to the primary inbox.
Promotions – Emails filtered into the promotions or marketing tab.
Spam – Emails are delivered to the spam or junk folder.
Not Delivered – Emails that were blocked or not accepted by the receiving server.

Step-by-Step Guide
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Inbox Placement” tab in the left menu.
Click on the “Details” icon to access the result for a specific inbox.
You will be redirected to the inbox placement test results.
Important Note: Inbox placement results vary by provider and are influenced by filtering systems, sender reputation, and authentication setup. Results may change over time.
