Mailpool has direct integrations with several outreach platforms. You can view and track export updates on the Mailpool Export page.
Step-by-Step Guide
View Export Status in Mailpool
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Export” tab in the left menu.
On the Export page, you can view the status of each export, including the following details:
Inbox Type
Number of inboxes
Destination platform
Export statusClick the Details button to view all inboxes included in that export batch.
Filter Export Request in Mailpool
On the Export page, click on the “Filter” button.
A pop-up window will appear where you can refine your search by export status and/or platform. Click "Save" to apply the filter.
Click on the Filter icon, then click "Clear Filter" to remove the applied filters.
Pro Tip: Use the Details view to identify failed or partially completed inbox exports quickly. Reviewing individual inbox statuses can help you resolve issues and re-export only what’s needed, saving time and avoiding duplicate exports.
