From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the “Creation Wizard” tab in the left menu.

Click the “Get Started” button.

The first step is creating a domain. On the domain creation interface, locate the AI Domain Generator section.

Enter your primary domain and the desired number of domain names, then click “Generate”.

Locate the “Domain Redirect” section and enter your primary domain in the provided text field to set up the redirect after the secondary domain is created.

In the DMARC Email section, enter your email address to receive DMARC reports.

Click the “Next Step” button to continue with inbox creation.

In the inbox creation interface, select the type of inbox you want to create.

Locate the AI Inbox Generator section and click the “Generate Inboxes” button.

In the pop-up window, select the domain where you want to create inboxes, choose the number of inboxes, and specify your preferred naming option, then click the “Next” button.

Enter the email signature for the inboxes. By default, this is set to the First Name and Last Name.

Provide the forwarding address that will receive all incoming emails from these inboxes. Then, click “Generate Inboxes”.

Click the “Next Step” button to enter your contact information.

You have two options for providing your contact information to complete the domain registration with ICANN.

Confirm that your contact details are correct by selecting the checkbox, then click “Next Step” to proceed with the checkout process.

Click the “Pay” button located in the upper-right corner to proceed with the payment.
