When registering a domain, you must provide contact information for the WHOIS registrar. Mailpool allows you to save preset contact details, so you don’t have to enter them manually each time.
Access the Contact Details Menu
From your Mailpool dashboard, click "Settings" in the left-side menu.
Under the "Workspace" section, click "Contact".
Here, you will find all your saved contact details.
Add New Contact Details
In the "Contacts" menu, click "Add New".
In the pop-up window, enter your contact information in the designated fields.
Click "Save".
Your new contact details are now saved and can be used for domain purchases in Mailpool.
Edit Existing Contact Details
In the "Contacts" menu, locate the contact details you want to edit.
Click the “Edit” icon and update the necessary fields.
Click "Save".
Your updated contact details are now available for future domain purchases.
Important Note: Editing contact details does not apply to already purchased domains. Changes will only affect new domain registrations.
