Manage Email Warm-up

Monitor and manage the warm-up for your inboxes

Once your inboxes are added to warm-up, you can monitor their progress and manage their warm-up settings anytime from your Mailpool dashboard.

View Email Warm-up Activity

  1. From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Email Warmup" tab in the left-bar menu.

  2. Locate the inbox you'd like to manage.

  3. Click the "Edit" icon on the inbox.

  4. A pop-up window will appear. The "Overview" tab shows the warm-up stats, including health score, daily stats, inbox rate, spam rate, and reply rate.

  5. Click the "Activity" tab to check the warm-up activity per day.

Edit Email Warm-up Settings

  1. Locate the inbox you'd like to manage.

  2. Click the "Edit" icon on the inbox.

  3. In the pop-up window, click the "Manage" tab.

  4. Edit the daily email target and the warm-up duration.

  5. Click "Save Changes".

Pause Email Warm-up

  1. Locate the inbox you'd like to manage.

  2. Click the "Pause" icon.

  3. The warm-up activity will be temporarily paused. To resume, click the "Play" icon.

Cancel the Email Warm-up

  1. Locate the inbox you'd like to manage.

  2. Click the "Edit" icon on the inbox.

  3. In the pop-up window, click the "Manage" tab.

  4. Click "Cancel Warmup".

You can also cancel warm-up by clicking the "Delete" icon on the inbox from the Email Warmup page.

Important Note: We recommend keeping warm-up running while your campaigns are active to maintain your sender reputation.
