New inboxes have no sending history, so email providers treat sudden high volume from them as suspicious. Sending campaigns right away can push your emails into spam.
Email warm-up gradually builds your sender reputation by exchanging emails with other inboxes in a warm-up pool. This signals to providers that your inbox is legitimate and trusted.
Once you've created your inboxes in Mailpool, you can connect them to your warm-up.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Email Warmup" tab in the left-bar menu.
Click the "Add Inboxes" button.
In the pop-up window, select the inboxes you want to warm up. You can filter the list by inbox type.
Click the "Add to Warm-up" button.
Email warm-up will then be enabled for the selected inboxes.
Important Note: We recommend 3 to 4 weeks of warm-up before using your inboxes in campaigns.
