You might need to check your login credentials for the Outlook inboxes you created on Mailpool. Follow this guide to access your login credentials.
Step-by-Step Guide
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Outlook Inboxes" tab in the left menu.
Locate the Outlook inbox for which you want to retrieve the credentials.
Click the “Edit” icon next to the inbox to access more details.
A pop-up will appear displaying all inbox information. Click the “Credentials” tab to view the login credentials.
On the Credentials tab, you can view your password and authentication code. This code is used for two-factor authentication (2FA) to enhance account security.
Admin Credentials
Retrieve the admin credentials for your Outlook inboxes.
Click on the Admin credentials tab to access the admin username, password, and authentication code.
Important Note: The 6-digit authentication code resets automatically every 30 seconds. This time-based code is part of two-factor authentication (2FA). Make sure to enter the current code promptly when logging in, as expired codes will not work.
