Export Google Inboxes from Mailpool
Go to Your Dashboard
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Google Inboxes" tab in the left menu.
Initiate the Export
Select the "Google inboxes" you want to export to your outreach tools.
Click the "Export Inboxes" button.
Select Export Destination
In the pop-up window, choose "Export to Instantly" from the drop-down list.
Click "Export Inboxes".
Create API keys in Instantly
Log in with your Instantly account and go to Settings.
Click the Integrations tab, then select "API Keys".
Under the Version 2 section, click "Create API Key".
Enter a name for your key and set the scope to "all:all". Then, click the "Create" button.
Enter the API Keys in Mailpool.
In the pop-up window, paste the API Key you created on Instantly. Then, click "Log in".
The export process may take a few hours to complete. Once the inboxes are connected to Instantly, you can start using them for cold outreach.
Pro Tip: We highly recommend a 3-week warm-up period before sending emails from newly created inboxes to ensure optimal deliverability.
