You may need to create separate workspaces if you're an agency, own multiple businesses, or manage different departments within your company.
Mailpool workspaces are completely independent, each with its own dashboard, team members, and billing.
Create a New Workspace
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the Workspace tab at the top of the left-side menu.
In the drop-down list, click "New workspace".
In the pop-up window, enter the name of your new workspace in the designated field.
Click the "Add" button.
Your workspace is now created, and you can start using it immediately.
Switch Between Workspaces
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the Workspace tab at the top of the left-side menu.
In the drop-down list, locate the workspace you want to switch to.
Click on the workspace name.
You are now in the selected workspace.
Important Note: If you need to join an existing workspace, ask an administrator to add you as a team member. You will receive an email invitation, which you must accept to gain access.
