You might need to check or edit information about the inboxes you created on Mailpool. Follow this guide to access your inbox details.
Access Inbox Information
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Inboxes" tab of your choice in the left menu.
Locate the inbox you want to view in the list.
Some information will be displayed directly on the dashboard.
Click the “Edit” icon next to the inbox to access more details.
A pop-up will appear displaying all inbox information.
Explanation of the Items
From Domain Dashboard
Email Address
Full Name associated with the inbox
Type of the inbox
Status of the inbox
From “Details” Tab
First Name and Last Name associated with the inbox
Sender Name
Sender Profile Picture (only for Google and Outlook inboxes)
Signature
Forwarding Email
From “Settings” Tab
SMTP Information (Host, Port, Username, Password, and TLS settings)
IMAP Information (Host, Port, Username, Password, and TLS settings)
The SMTP and IMAP information can be used to manually connect your inbox to an external tool or to access the inbox.
