After creating your Outlook inboxes in Mailpool, you need to export them to your outreach tools to start sending cold email campaigns. For tools that don’t have a direct integration with Mailpool, you may need to manually connect the inboxes to your outreach platform. Follow this guide to export a CSV file of your Google inboxes.
Step-by-Step Guide
Export Outlook Inboxes from Mailpool
Go to Your Dashboard
From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Outlook Inboxes" tab in the left menu.
Initiate the Export
Select the "Outlook inboxes" you want to export to your outreach tools.
Click the "Export Inboxes" button.
Select Export Destination
In the pop-up window, choose "Export to Csv" from the drop-down list.
Click "Export Inboxes".
Download the CSV file
Make sure your browser’s pop-up blocker is disabled to allow the download to start.
