After creating your inboxes in Mailpool, you need to export them to your outreach tools to start sending cold email campaigns. Mailpool simplifies this process with a bulk export feature to Saleshandy, allowing you to complete the setup in just a few clicks.


Step-by-Step Guide

Download CSV in Mailpool

  1. Go to Your Dashboard

    • From the Mailpool dashboard, click on the "Mailpool Inboxes" tab in the left menu.

  2. Initiate the Export

    • Select the "Mailpool inboxes" you want to export to your outreach tools.

    • Click the "Export Inboxes" button.

  3. Select Export Destination

    • In the pop-up window, choose "Export to Saleshandy" from the drop-down list.

    • Click "Export Inboxes".

  4. Configure Tracking (Optional)

    • To enable email open tracking in Saleshandy, keep the toggle on.

    • If you prefer not to track email openings, toggle it off.

    • Click "Export Inboxes" to proceed.

  5. Download the CSV File

    • Mailpool will generate and download a CSV file containing your inbox details.

Import CSV in Saleshandy

  1. Log in to Your Saleshandy Account

    • Access your Saleshandy dashboard.

  2. Navigate to Email Accounts

    • Click on "Email Accounts" in the left-side menu.

    • Click "Add Email Account".

  3. Upload the CSV File

    • Under "Connect existing email accounts", click "Connect Email Accounts".

    • Inside the pop-up, click "SMTP/IMAP".

    • Click "Bulk Import Via CSV".

    • Drag and drop the CSV file generated by Mailpool, or click "Choose file" and import the CSV file.

    • Click "Connect" and wait for the upload process to be completed.

Your inboxes have now been successfully imported into Saleshandy, and you can start using them for cold outreach.

Pro Tip: We highly recommend a 3-week warm-up period before sending emails from newly created inboxes to ensure optimal deliverability.
